“人民教育”三月号讀者來信欄刊載了罗端本对前建國中学領導幹部的意見,我們結合当時实际情况,檢查如下: 当時的教学工作是存在着形式主义的。如訂学期工作計劃先由校長、教導主任起稿,然後開全体教職員工会議,傳達計劃草案,讓大家提意見。因事先没有很好的準备和醞釀,大家很少提出意見。这样通过的計劃既不是真正从羣众中來,而且在內容上又是空洞的原則多,具体作法少,也就很难在羣众中貫徹下去。事实上教研組和各科教師早把这个空洞和脫离实际的“計劃”丟在腦後了。还有,領導幹部虽然思想上注意了教学工作,但对如何具体領導还是感到困难。同時幹部間分工不明確,乱抓一把,忙忙乱乱,不但影响了深入教学工作,同時也陷入了事务主义的圈子。 領導幹部的政治学習,是和教師在一起的,虽組
