8月20日,国家食品药品监督管理总局、国家互联网信息办公室、工信部、公安部和国家工商总局在京联合启动打击网上非法售药行动。三类违法行为将被重点打击:利用网络销售假药、未取得互联网药品交易资质非法从事药品销售、具有互联网药品信息服务或药品交易资质但发布虚假药品信息或违法销售药品。
On August 20, the State Food and Drug Administration, the State Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly launched an anti-illegal online drug sales operation in Beijing. Three types of illegal activities will be the focus of crack down: the use of Internet sales of counterfeit drugs, drug Internet access does not qualify for illegal drug sales, with Internet drug information services or drug trading qualification but the release of false drug information or illegal sales of drugs.
