寿平铁路,连接山东省寿光港、龙口港、莱州港、烟台港四大港口,并实现铁水联运。中标伊始,项目部立即着手构建合理的组织管理架构、进而开展严密的工程策划、制定了有效的工作流程、针对性的细化了工程节点目标。在施工过程当中,项目部通过对质量、安全、文明、成本、工期等方面的规范化管理以及积极采用创新性的施工技术,最终圆满地实现了工程目标。

At the beginning of the bid, the project department immediately started to construct a reasonable organization and management structure, and then carried out rigorous project planning, developed an effective workflow, and targeted refinement of the objectives of the project node. During the construction process, the project department successfully achieved the project goal through the standardized management of quality, safety, civilization, cost and construction period as well as actively adopting innovative construction technology.
