皮蠹科属鞘翅目,全世界约有800多种,我国已知约40种,广泛分布于世界各地,许多种为重要的检疫仓储害虫,食性杂、危害重,常对储藏货品造成严重损害。皮蠹科的分子生物学研究还处于起步阶段,相似种及幼虫识别鉴定仍是形态检疫识别中的难题。本文综述了皮蠹科昆虫应用RAPD-PCR技术、RELP技术、分子杂交技术和DNA条码技术等分子生物学技术的研究现状,并展望了分子技术手段对皮蠹科研究的应用前景,以期促进皮蠹科分子生物学研究。作者进一步认为DNA条码技术凭借便捷、高效的优势得到广泛应用,以其为主导的系统研究将会快速推动皮蠹科分类鉴定的发展。
Mydicapidae are Coleoptera, there are about 800 species in the world, about 40 species are known in China, widely distributed around the world, many kinds of important quarantine storage pests, food miscellaneous, hazardous heavy, often causing serious damage to the storage of goods . Molecular biology of dermatophyte is still in its infancy, identification and identification of similar species and larvae are still difficult problems in morphological and quarantine identification. This review summarizes the current research status of molecular biology techniques such as RAPD-PCR, RELP, molecular hybridization and DNA barcoding. The application of molecular techniques to the study of dermatophytes is also reviewed. Molecular biology of moths. The author further believes that DNA barcode technology has been widely used for its advantages of convenience and high efficiency, and the systematic research led by it will rapidly promote the classification of dermatophytes.
