工程造价管理及控制是影响工程质量的关键环节,是工程管理工作得以顺利开展的重要保证。随着目前工程建设实施方案和计价方式的转变,需要从工程造价的多个环节进行调整,实现工程项目建设的全过程监控。本文将从规范工程造价的定义入手,探讨工程造价管理过程中存在的漏洞,从具体环节中发现完善工程造价控制的有效途径,为进一步推动我国工程建设项目造价有效管理提供参考。
Project cost management and control are the key links affecting project quality, and are important guarantees for smooth project management. With the current transformation of the implementation of construction projects and pricing methods, it is necessary to adjust from the multiple aspects of the project cost to realize the monitoring of the entire process of project construction. This article will start with the definition of standard project cost, explore the loopholes in the process of project cost management, find effective ways to improve project cost control from specific links, and provide reference for further promoting China’s engineering construction project cost management.
