我院疑诊冠心病作左心室造影及冠脉造影153例，发现室壁瘤18例，位于前例心尖部15例，隔面1例，后基底2例，均伴有1支或多支冠状动脉狭窄或／和阻塞性病变，重点讨论室壁瘤的发生与冠状动脉狭窄程度部位以及临床关系。
My hospital suspected coronary heart disease as left ventricular angiography and coronary angiography in 153 cases, found 18 cases of ventricular aneurysm, located in the apex of the previous case in 15 cases, 1 case across the face, 2 cases of posterior floor, are accompanied by 1 or more coronary Arterial stenosis or/and obstructive lesions, focusing on the occurrence of ventricular aneurysm and coronary artery stenosis site and clinical relationship.
