Mr. Ding Qinshi, a former Mayor of Washington, has a widely-acclaimed remark to the effect that Washington’s law and order is still quite good if it is not counted as a murder case. This statement is not ridiculous at all. Washington called the “capital of murder.” It omitted the life force forced to be forcibly taken away by others each year. The crime rate would drop to the end. Maybe it would be the “district of the first goodness.” Perhaps because of making good use of subtraction, he seems to have a high reputation. When he was appointed to buy drugs was found, the result was jailed, but after being released from prison was selected as mayor.
