目的:为了探讨高原缺氧对机体的损害及人体对高原环境的适应过程;方法:对平原和青海高原地区部队官兵5600人进行全面调查和研究,将高原地区部队官兵对高原环境的适应类型分为初上高原型、稳定型和不适应型(轻、中、重度);结果:初上高原型人数60.39%、稳定型65.03%、不适应型34.97%(轻度31.87%、中度2.54%、重度0.56%);结论:初上高原型和不适应型人数与海拔高度成正比,而稳定型人数与海拔高度成反比。主观性因素在适应过程中起到很重要作用。在高原地区高强度运动可能会加重机体的应急性损伤,建议高原地区部队新入伍战士开展训练应有一个时间和强度上的适应期,适应期的时间随海拔的增高而延长。
Objective: To investigate the damage to the body caused by hypoxia on the plateau and the human adaptation process to the plateau environment. Methods: To conduct a comprehensive investigation and study on the 5,600 troops and units of the troops in the plain and Qinghai Plateau, (Light, moderate and severe). The results showed that the number of early plateau type was 60.39%, the stable type was 65.03%, the uncomfortable type was 34.97% (mild degree of 31 .87%, moderate 2.54%, severe 0.56%). CONCLUSION: The numbers of plateau type and incompetent type are directly proportional to altitude, while the number of stable type is inversely proportional to altitude. Subjectivity plays a very important role in the adaptation process. High-intensity exercise in the plateau may aggravate the body’s acute injury. It is suggested that the newly recruited soldiers in the plateau should have a time and intensity adjustment period, and the time of adaptation should be prolonged with the elevation.
