目的研究细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从细柱五加叶中得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为异贝壳杉烷酸[(-)-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid,Ⅰ]、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅲ)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,Ⅳ)、acankoreoside A(Ⅴ)、acantrifoside A(Ⅵ)、3α,11α-dihydroxy-20(29)-lupene-23,28-dioic acid(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅸ)、棕榈酸(pal mitic acid,Ⅹ)、芦丁(rutin,Ⅺ)、stigmast-5,22-dien-3-O-α-D-glucopyranoside(ⅩⅡ)、acankoreagenin(ⅩⅢ)、3,11-dihydroxy-23-oxo-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid(ⅩⅣ)、3-hydroxy-23-oxo-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid(ⅩⅤ)、三肉豆蔻酸甘油酯(myristin,ⅩⅥ)、细柱五加酸(acanthopanaxgric acid,ⅩⅦ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅺ、ⅩⅡ、ⅩⅣ、ⅩⅤ首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物ⅩⅦ为新化合物,命名为细柱五加酸(acanthopanaxgric acid)。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Acanthopanax gracilistylus. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization and other methods were used to identify the structures of the compounds based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seventeen compounds were obtained from the leaves of five-leaf spicules and identified as quercetin (Ⅱ), kaur-16-en-19-oic acid Kaempferol, protocatechuic acid, acankoreoside A, acantrifoside A, VI, 11α-dihydroxy-20 (29) -lupene-23,28-dioic acid (Ⅶ), β-sitosterol (Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ), palmitic acid Ⅹ, rutin Ⅺ, stigmast-5,22-dien- 3-O-α-D-glucopyranoside (XII), acankoreagenin (XIII), 3,11-dihydroxy-23- oxo-20 (29) -20 (29) -lupen-28-oic acid (XV), myristin (XVI) and acanthopanaxgric acid (XVII). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ, Ⅶ, XI, XII, XIV and XV are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound XVII is a new compound named as acanthopanaxgric acid.
