目的:测定马齿苋水提液中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品测定马齿苋水提液中总黄酮的含量。结果:在0.016~0.08g.L-1的范围内,样品浓度与吸收度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.248 2C-0.089 5(r=0.999),加样回收率为96.7%(n=5,RSD为1.3%),马齿苋水提液总黄酮平均含量分别为0.138g.L-1,RSD为1.8%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为马齿苋水提液中总黄酮的含量测定的方法。
Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids in water extract of Portulaca oleracea. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used in NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH system. Rutin was used as a reference substance to determine the content of total flavonoids in water extract of Portulaca oleracea. Results: In the range of 0.016-0.08gL-1, there was a good linear relationship between sample concentration and absorbency. The linear regression equation was A=0.248 2C-0.089 5 (r=0.999), and the recovery rate was 96.7% (n = 5, RSD was 1.3%), the average content of total flavonoids in water extract of purslane was 0.138gL-1, RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can be used as a method for determination of total flavonoids in water extract of Portulaca oleracea.
