近年来,图书馆参考咨询服务评估的最大进展是随意调查法,特别适用于用户满意程度调查,研究者认为随意研究是评估参考咨询服务的有力工具。本文比较随意和特意调查的两种方法的优劣,然后进一步讨论随意调查的基本假设。随意性调查: 在随意性研究参考咨询服务中,由管理者将拟好的题目发给咨询馆员,而馆员不知道他们的回答将被评估。这样就不会影响到馆员的正常表现,而这些问题往往是用户的难题。调查结果显示咨询者所作的答案正确
In recent years, the greatest progress of library reference service evaluation is random survey method, which is especially suitable for user satisfaction survey. Researchers think that casual study is a powerful tool to evaluate reference service. This article compares the pros and cons of the two methods of random and deliberate investigation and then discusses the basic assumptions of the random survey further. Feel free to investigate: In casual research consultancy services, the manager sends the proposed questions to the librarian, who is unaware that their responses will be assessed. This will not affect the normal performance of the librarian, and these problems are often the user’s problem. The survey results show that the consultant’s answer is correct
