2002年10月1日,正当英年的云南省公安厅禁毒局局长陈河云不幸因公殉职。陈河云1954年7月生于河南省濮阳市人,1973年到云南省弥渡县知青插队,1975年在弥渡县氮肥厂工作,1976年参军,1978年加入中国共产党,1981年1月调入弥渡县公安局,任弥渡县公安局政委。1987年至1996年先后任中共弥渡县委常委、副书记、书记;1996年9月任中共大理州委常委、秘书长;1998年10月任大理州公安局党委书记、局长;2000年5月任西双版纳州公安局党委书记、局长;2002年1月任云南省公安厅禁毒局党总支书记、局长。陈河云在领导弥渡县工作期间成绩显著,被中共云南省委授予“优秀县委书记”称号;担任中共大理州委常委、秘书长期间,为当地的经济建设和社会发展做出了积极和贡献;他担任大理州和西双
On October 1, 2002, Chen Heyun, the director of the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Public Security Bureau of Yunnan Province, who died in the British Year, unfortunately died on duty.
