前苏联著名教育学家苏霍姆林斯基曾把儿童比作一块大理石,他说,把这块大理石塑造成一座雕像需要6位雕塑家:1.家庭,2.学校,3.儿童所在的集体,4.儿童本人,5.书籍,6.偶然出现的因素。家庭被列在首位,可见家庭成员在塑造儿童的过程中起到多么重要的作用。家庭与学校二者必须有机结合达到和谐统一,才能形成强大的教育合力,而家访正是加强家校沟通的有效工作方式之一。
The former Soviet Union-renowned pedagogue Sukhomlinski compared children to a marble, and said that shaping the marble into a statue requires six sculptors: 1. a family, 2. a school, 3. a child’s Collective, 4. Children themselves, 5. Books, 6. Accidental factors. Families are listed first, showing how important family members play in shaping children. Both the family and the school must be organically combined to reach a harmonious unity in order to form a strong educational force, and home visit is just one of the effective ways of working to strengthen communication between home and school.
