课堂是教学的主阵地,课堂教学质量是保证人才培养质量的重要环节。高职会计教师承担着培养适应社会需求的会计人才的重任,教师的知识储备、职业素养、教学能力关系到能否高效合理地组织课堂教学。本文针对市重点课题《会计专业职业素质培养目标与实施策略的研究》项目,经过广泛而深入的调查研究,重点对会计教师课堂教学质量中存在的问题、原因进行了分析,并结合教学实际和笔者的思考,提出了几点对策。
Classroom is the main position of teaching. Classroom teaching quality is an important part of ensuring the quality of personnel training. Vocational accounting teachers bear the task of training accounting talents to adapt to the needs of society. The knowledge reserve, professional accomplishment and teaching ability of teachers are related to the efficient and reasonable organization of classroom teaching. This article focuses on the city’s key issue of “accounting professional occupation quality training objectives and implementation strategies” project, after extensive and in-depth investigation and study, focusing on accounting teachers in the classroom teaching quality problems and reasons were analyzed, combined with the actual teaching and The author’s thinking, put forward a few countermeasures.
