[目的]研究绿菇(Russula virescens(Schaeff.)Fr.)对灰霉菌的拮抗作用。[方法]采用对峙培养测定法研究了绿菇菌丝体,发酵液及菌丝体提取液对灰霉菌的拮抗效果。[结果]绿菇对灰霉菌的拮抗作用主要表现为菌丝体重寄生和代谢产物生长抑制作用,对峙生长抑制率介于 46.9%~52.3%,重寄生现象明显。PDB培养基培养绿菇获得的发酵液生长抑制作用最强,对辣椒灰霉菌生长抑制率最高,为61.59%;发酵液热稳定性良好;绿菇菌丝提取液对供试灰霉菌无生长抑制作用。[结论]该研究为灰霉菌的分化和药敏感性研究提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antagonism of Russula virescens (Schaeff.) Fr. To Botrytis cinerea. [Method] The antagonistic effect of mycelia, fermentation broth and mycelium extracts on Botrytis cinerea was studied by confrontation culture assay. [Result] The antagonistic effects of green mushroom on Botrytis cinerea were mainly as follows: mycelial weight parasitism and growth inhibition of metabolites. The growth inhibition rate of confrontation was between 46.9% and 52.3%, and the phenomenon of heavy parasitism was obvious. PDB culture broth culture broth obtained the strongest growth inhibition, the highest inhibitory rate of 61.59% of the growth of gray pepper mold; thermal stability of the fermentation broth good; mushroom extract mycelium Botrytis cinerea no growth inhibition effect. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the study on the differentiation and drug susceptibility of Botrytis cinerea.
