The pathogenesis of nasal polyps has not yet been clarified. In this paper, by measuring the immunological parameters of the supernatant fluid in the blood and nasal polyps of patients with nasal polyps and histological changes of nasal polyps to explore the role of allergies in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. IgE is a type I allergic mediator, nasal mucosa with the ability to synthesize IgE. This ability to significantly increase when nasal allergy occurs results in increased local IgE. In this group, 22 cases (58%) of nasal polyps IgE levels were significantly higher than serum (P <
