Recently, attention is paid to the possibility that drinking alcohol may cause sleep disordered breathing and decreased blood oxygen saturation in healthy people. By continuous monitoring of respiration, oxygen saturation and sleep EEG changes, the authors observed the effects of moderate alcohol consumption on respiration and oxygen saturation. Materials and Methods: Twenty healthy men were observed. None of them had a drinking history and long-term medication history. All lung function tests were randomly divided into two groups and observed for two nights. Eleven patients received placebo on the first night, alcohol was consumed on the second night (group A), 9 patients consumed alcohol on the first night, placebo on the second night (group B), and 100 cc of vodka plus orange juice Blood alcohol concentration was measured before going to sleep, woke up again the next morning measured again, and continuous measurement of oxygen saturation, mouth, nasal flow and chest breathing, recording of brain, eye, electrocardiogram. Results: The two groups were of the same age, weight and body weight / body length
