盖湘涛中外散文诗学会副主席,毕业于长春工程学院,分配于军委工程兵,历任参谋、营长、教导大队教研室主任,亲自参加大戈壁罗布泊原子弹旧靶场、马兰基地的国防工程建设,参加西藏公路建设。转业后,历任吉林城乡规划设计院主任,长春建委规划处处长,中国吉林国际工程设计院院长、高级工程师。曾任《情恋》《青春诗歌》杂志主编,出版有《盖湘涛散文诗集》,他的作品独具高原风格内涵丰富,时代感强。2005年首届兵团杯全国诗歌大赛获一等奖,连续四年入选中国散文诗年度精选,入选中国散文诗90年选本。曾在《人民日报》《人民文学》《诗刊》《散文诗世界》《作家》《绿风》《诗选刊》《扬子江》《诗潮》《散文诗》等报刊发表诗、散文诗。多篇散文诗与诗在全国诗歌大赛中获奖。 Gai Xiangtao Vice Chairman of Chinese and Foreign Prose Poetry Society, graduated from Changchun Institute of Technology, assigned to the military commissioner, served as staff, battalion commander, brigade teaching and research director, personally participated in the big Gobi Lop Nurbs old shooting range, Malan base of national defense project construction, to participate in Tibet Road construction. After graduation, he served successively as Director of Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute of Jilin Province, Director of Planning Division of Changchun Construction Committee, Dean and Senior Engineer of Jilin International Engineering Design Institute of China. Former “Love Love” “Youth Poetry” magazine editor, published “Gaixiang Tao prose poems”, his work unique plateau style rich in content, strong sense of the times. In 2005, the first Corps Cup National Poetry Contest was awarded the first prize. For the fourth year in a row, he was selected to be the annual selection of Chinese prose poetry and was selected as the 90th year Chinese prose poetry. He has published poems and prose poems in “People’s Daily”, “People’s Literature”, “Poetry”, “Prose Poetry World”, “Writers”, “Green Wind”, “Selected Poems”, “Yangtze River”, “Poetry Tide” and “Prose Poems”. Prologue poems and poems won the national poetry contest.
