卵巢癌是妇科肿瘤中恶性程度最高的疾病,早期不易发现,病死率高。其治疗主要是以手术、化疗为主的综合治疗。纳米级载药系统具有很好的缓释性、靶向性等诸多优点,能提高对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用而不影响正常细胞,在肿瘤的治疗中显现出很好的抗瘤效果,是治疗卵巢癌的一种新手段和目前研究的热点,如主动和被动靶向纳米载药、载基因及磁性纳米粒等。整理分析近年国内外有关纳米级载药系统的相关文献,介绍其在卵巢癌治疗中的研究进展。
