近年来,南宁市作为区域性城市的辐射作用不断增强,流入南宁市务工经商和购房居住的人在不断增加。目前,南宁市市区有外来人口35万人左右,在这些流入人口中有部分是共产党员。作为流入地党组织,如何为这些流动党员服务,并在服务中加强教育管理,是当前党员管理工作中的一大问题。
In recent years, the radiation effect of Nanning as a regional city has been continuously enhanced, and the number of migrant workers entering into business and buying houses for living in Nanning has been on the increase. At present, Nanning has a population of 350,000 or so in urban areas, and some of these inflows are Communists. As an influx of local party organizations, how to serve these mobile party members and to strengthen education and management in service are a major issue in the current management of party members.
