各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校: 2001年,通过全省各级、各有关部门的共同努力,我省安全生产专项整治活动取得了显著成效,事故总量增幅减缓,安全生产形势逐步好转。为进一步做好安全生产工作,省政府决定,2002年在全省开展以安全生产专项整治为主要内容的安全生产年活动。现就有关问题通知如下: 一、专项整治活动的内容及目标 2002年,要继续在煤矿、道路和水上交通运输、公众聚集场所、民用爆破器材和烟花爆竹、危险化学品、非煤矿山等6个方面开展专项整治。通过整治,全省各类事故总量有所下降,切实防止一次死亡10人以上的重大恶性事故发生。实现安全生产形势进一步好转的安全生产年目标。
