目的探讨中西医结合治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将74例高脂血症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组36例,采用辛伐他汀常规治疗;治疗组38例,在辛伐他汀常规治疗基础上加用心复宁V号治疗。两组疗程均为4W。观察其疗效及两组TC、TG、LDL等变化。结果两组血脂情况治疗前后均有不同程度改善。治疗组总有效率94.73%,对照组总有效率86.11%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且LDL治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗高脂血症有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 74 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group 36 cases, the conventional treatment with simvastatin; treatment group 38 cases, on the basis of conventional simvastatin plus heart Fu Ning V treatment . Two groups of treatment are 4W. Observed its curative effect and two groups of TC, TG, LDL and other changes. Results Both groups had different levels of lipid profile before and after treatment. The total effective rate was 94.73% in the treatment group and 86.11% in the control group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL in the two groups were significantly lower (P <0.05 or P <0.01) Group lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of hyperlipidemia has a good clinical effect.
