高精度、重载零件在热处理和使用过程中,常因变形、硬化层剥落和心部强度差等原因,使热处理工作者和机械设计人员感到“头痛”。图1为铲运机齿轮,它不仅要求有良好的焊接性能,还要求外齿的硬化层比内花键的硬化层厚。若采用常规的渗碳后高频淬火加二次回火工艺,常会因内孔变形而报废(因目前尚未有合适的磨齿设备来修正变形)。因此,要达到图纸要求是比较困难的。
