蟾毒灵是传统中药蟾酥的重要活性成分。近些年的研究表明蟾毒灵具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,主要体现在促进肿瘤细胞分化、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、放射增敏、逆转耐药、调节机体免疫系统等方面,其作用机理与改变肿瘤细胞基因表达、调节信号转导途径、干扰细胞生长周期、抑制细胞膜Na+/K+-ATP酶、降低拓扑异构酶活性、增强有丝分裂原激活蛋白酶活性等有关。本文就近些年来国内外关于蟾毒灵的抗肿瘤作用及其相关机制进行综述,希望能给相关研究人士提供一些参考。
蟾 灵 灵 is an important active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine 蟾 蟾. Recent studies have shown that bufalin has a good anti-tumor effect, mainly reflected in the promotion of tumor cell differentiation, induction of tumor cell apoptosis, inhibition of angiogenesis, radiosensitization, reversal of resistance, regulation of the body’s immune system, etc. The mechanism of action is related to the alteration of tumor cell gene expression, regulation of signal transduction pathways, interference with cell growth cycle, inhibition of cell membrane Na+/K+-ATPase, reduction of topoisomerase activity, and enhancement of mitogen-activated protease activity. This article reviews the anti-tumor effects and its related mechanisms of bufalin at home and abroad in recent years, hoping to provide some references for relevant researchers.
