在实验室条件下,以 CaO-Fe_2O_3-CaF_2碱性渣、石灰和苏达为精炼剂对生铁进行炉外处理。用碱性渣处理生铁时,终渣碱度1.5~2.0即可得到50~80%的脱磷效果,此时95%的硅已被氧化,碳的烧桶只有10%左右。降低生铁含硅量、低温、弱吹炼(氧气流量小)都有利于脱磷。采用由熔池底部喷入氧气和石灰的办法,石灰用量10~25公斤/吨铁,脱磷率可达55~78%。强吹炼有利脱磷。由熔池底部以中性气体为载体喷入6.4~12公斤/吨铁苏达可获得75~88%的脱硫效果,此时硅的氧化为50~64%。
