心导管检查后可引起细菌性心内膜炎等严重感染,因此必须严格无菌操作及术后使用抗生素。作者于1982年1月~1983年7月间对124(男80,女44)例心脏疾病患者施行144次心导管检查,术后立即静脉滴注Ig头孢唑啉(cefazoline),6小时后及第2、3天早晚各1g(共6g)。结果无1例发生局部及全身感染,白细胞数也无显著变化,虽有数例低热,但推测由造影剂及穿刺部位皮下血肿所引起,且未经处理于1周内退热。用药过程中未见休克、皮肤症状
