趋化因子是一类诱导细胞运动的细胞因子，尽管趋化因子还有其他作用，但趋化作用是其主要功能。趋化因子还具有多效性。作者就趋势化因子的研究作一综述。１ 趋化因子根据其前面的两个Ｎ端的半胱氨酸残基而行分类。ＣＸＣ趋化因子是指两个半胱氨酸被其它任意一个氨基酸分开。
Chemokines are a class of cytokines that induce cell motility and although chemokines have other effects, chemotaxis is their primary function. Chemokines are also pleiotropic. The author summarizes the research on the trend factor. 1 chemokines are classified according to the two N-terminal cysteine residues in front of them. CXC chemokine refers to two cysteines separated by any other amino acid.
