目的:探讨槲皮素对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:①昆明种小鼠随机分为三组:对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组。对照组每日腹腔注射生理盐水10ml/kg,低剂量组和高剂量组每日分别腹腔注射槲皮素50mg/kg体重和槲皮素100mg/kg体重,连续给药5天后,用红细胞粘附花环实验测定了红细胞C3b受体,用3HTdR释放实验和3HTdR掺入实验分别测定了自然杀伤(NK)细胞的杀伤效应和脾淋巴细胞增殖;②为测定白细胞介素2活性,用Wistar大鼠相应分组与用药后,以3HTdR掺入实验测定了ConA诱导的IL2活性。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的NK细胞杀伤效应、脾淋巴细胞增殖及红细胞C3b受体活性显著增强。此外,槲皮素能提高白细胞介素2活性并能明显对抗强的松龙所致的免疫抑制作用。结论:槲皮素有增强细胞免疫功能的作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of quercetin on cellular immune function. Methods: ① Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: control group, low dose group and high dose group. The control group was intraperitoneally injected with normal saline 10ml / kg, the low dose group and the high dose group were given intraperitoneal injection of quercetin 50mg / kg body weight and quercetin 100mg / kg body weight daily for 5 days, Rosette C3b receptor determination of erythrocytes, 3H TdR release 3HTdR and 3H TdR incorporation assay were determined by natural killer (NK) cell killing effect and spleen lymphocyte proliferation; ② To determine the activity of interleukin 2 After Wistar rats were grouped and treated with 3H-TdR incorporation assay to determine ConA-induced IL 2 activity. Results: Compared with control group, NK cell killing effect, splenic lymphocyte proliferation and erythrocyte C3b receptor activity of experimental group were significantly increased. In addition, quercetin increases interleukin-2 activity and significantly antagonizes the immunosuppressive effects of prednisolone. Conclusion: Quercetin can enhance cellular immune function
