本文应用正交设计试验法和方差分析的方法探讨了穿心莲提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:以碱水提取穿心莲时pH值为8.0;提取时间30min,酸化时pH调至6为佳。
In this paper, orthogonal design test method and analysis of variance method were used to discuss the optimum conditions for the extraction of Andrographis paniculata. The results showed that pH was 8.0 when alkaline extract was used to extract Andrographis paniculata; extraction time was 30 min, and pH was adjusted to 6 when acidified.
