1949年10月1日,中华人民共和国成立那一天,我从一早就置身天安门广场西北角,中山公园门外筒子河边的机关队伍里,直到下午散场。我有幸和几十万北京人一起现场目击了一次重大的历史性典礼。 1959年十年大庆,我在渤海边一个收容劳改人员的农场里,为无缘观赏北京十大建筑而遗憾。 1969年,在京郊农村,我是“文革”“清(理阶级)队(伍)”中被视为“不安全因素”,在10月1日从北京遣送出城的。只有1979年这个逢十的的国庆,我以“恢复名誉”后的公民身份,同家人一起,融融泄泄地度过。
On October 1, 1949, on the day of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, I left the authorities at the northwestern corner of Tiananmen Square and the river from the outer tube of Zhongshan Park in the morning till the afternoon. I was fortunate enough to witness a major historic ceremony with hundreds of thousands of Beijingers on the scene. During the ten years of 1959 in Daqing, I was deplored by a farm on the Bohai Sea where laborers were rehabilitated. In 1969, in the rural suburbs of Beijing, I was regarded as “an unsafe factor” in the “Cultural Revolution” (“Qing” class) team (Wu) and was sent out from Beijing on October 1. Only in 1979, on the occasion of the 10th National Day, I spent my life in harmony with my family after I resumed my reputation as a citizen.
