超临界强制循环锅炉氢氟酸清洗技术的关键之一在于正确选用合适的氢氟酸酸洗缓蚀剂。我国有关单位虽然研制过氢氟酸酸洗缓蚀剂,但因有的有吡啶臭味或原料来源困难,尚不能组织生产、推广使用,有的在使用中有少量胶状物析出,酸洗后须用热水冲洗,在现场使用有一定困难。鉴于此,我所研制成功一种新型咪唑啉系列氢氟酸酸洗缓蚀剂F—102及其改型产品F—102S。经试验及现场试用,效果良好。
