本文首先分析了目前世界经济生活的四方面的依存关系,说明世界范围的生产社会化是普遍性的历史过程。与资本主义国家一样,经互会国家和其他社会主义国家客观上都处在这个统一的历史过程中。竞争是客观存在的,争得主动的一方才能立于不败之地。文章的第二部分分析和论证了两类不同制度国家并存的历史特点。这种历史特点决定了两类国家的生产社会化既有相异之点,也有共同的普遍规律。因此,考察东西方经济时不仅要同中见异,而且要异中见同。
This paper first analyzes the four aspects of the dependence of the current economic life in the world and shows that the socialization of production worldwide is a universal historical process. Like the capitalist countries, both the LCC and other socialist countries are objectively in this unified historical process. Competition is an objective reality, and the one who wins the initiative can remain invincible. The second part of the article analyzes and demonstrates the historical characteristics of the coexistence of two types of countries with different systems. This historical feature has determined that there are both commonalities and common laws in the socialization of production in the two types of countries. Therefore, when examining the economies of East and West, we should not only see differences but also see differences.
