目的:探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症的促排卵效果。方法:随机抽取114例多囊卵巢综合症患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组(达英-35+二甲双胍)与对照组(达英-35)。对比两组促排卵效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者睾酮、黄体生长激素优于对照组(P<0.05);但两组基础卵泡雌激素、雌二醇无显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组排卵率、自然妊娠率明显高于对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗,能提升多囊卵巢综合症患者的促排卵效果,值得进行深入研究和推广。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ovulation induction effect of da-Ying-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: A total of 114 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into study group (up to -35 + metformin) and control group (up to -35) according to random number table. Ovulation effects were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, testosterone and luteinizing hormone were better in the study group than those in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in estrogen and estradiol between the two groups (P> 0.05) The pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the control group, the results were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Combination therapy with darling-35 and metformin can promote the ovulation-promoting effect of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, which deserves further study and promotion.
