旅游企业进行人力资源的评估考核和能力培养等是以实现和提升旅游企业价值为最终目标的,旅游企业职业经理人的素质和能力是企业价值实现的重要影响因素。本文通过解读旅游企业职业经理人在实现旅游企业价值方面的重要作用,对旅游企业职业经理人应具有的价值进行了剖析,并在此基础上构建了旅游企业职业经理人能力模型,期望对促进旅游企业价值的实现有一定的意义。
