7月26日,交通运输部人事劳动司和中国船级社宣布天津分社机构升格后的新领导班子任职。部人劳司副司长刘书斌、天津市委城乡规划建设交通工委副书记任树梅、中国船级社总裁孙立成出席会议并作重要讲话。中国船级社党组书记裴万发主持会议。刘书斌副司长指出,天津分社机构规格由正处级调整为副局级,这是中国船级社发展史上的一件大事和好事,体现了部党组对船级社事业发展的高度重视。他要求天津分社适应机构升格的形势和要求,全面提高队伍的整体素质和实际工作能力,以更加开阔的视野,谋划和推进天津分社科学发展。
