近年来,高职教育的发展越来越受到政府、家长、学生及各用人单位的重视。高职教育的转型为高职英语教师的职业发展提供了契机和挑战,如何定位自己未来的职业发展方向,是高职英语教师职业发展应思考的问题。通过对高职英语教师未来职业发展方向的研究,希望能找到一条满足社会现实需求,又符合高职教育性质的高职教师的职业发展之路。
In recent years, the development of higher vocational education is paid more and more attention by the government, parents, students and employers. The transformation of higher vocational education provides the opportunity and challenge for the vocational development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. How to locate their own career development in the future is the question that should be considered in the career development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through the study on the future career development of English teachers in vocational colleges, I hope I can find a career development way to meet the needs of society and vocational teachers.
