淋巴瘤是原发于淋巴结或其他淋巴组织的恶性肿瘤,分为何杰金氏淋巴瘤及非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。原发于鼻咽部的淋巴瘤以非何杰金氏淋巴瘤多见,作者现报告一例鼻咽部淋巴瘤伴颅内弥漫性浸润。 患者,女,17岁,因头痛、烦渴、多饮,多尿、停经5月余而入院。患者约半年前无诱因、出现搏动性头痛,继而出现烦渴,多饮,一日饮水4000ml,昼夜间各有小便4-5次,以后渐出现视物模糊、重影。临床诊断为垂体性尿崩症。查体:鼻咽顶部圆形隆起,表面光滑,
Lymphomas are malignant tumors that originate in lymph nodes or other lymphoid tissues, and are classified as Jay King’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas are more common in nasopharyngeal lymphomas. The authors report a case of nasopharyngeal lymphoma with diffuse intracranial infiltrates. The patient, female, aged 17, was admitted to hospital because of headache, polydipsia, excessive drinking, polyuria, and menopause for more than five months. About half a year ago, the patient had no incentives and pulsatile headaches. He developed polydipsia, drinking more water, drinking 4000 ml of water a day, and urinating at night with 4-5 urine. Later, he gradually developed blurred vision and double vision. Clinical diagnosis of pituitary diabetes insipidus. Physical examination: rounded bulge on the top of the nasopharyngeal surface, smooth surface,
