腹腔内持续热灌注化疗术(Continuous Hyperthermic Peritoneal Perfusion)对人体心血管系统及内稳态均可产生一定的干扰。本研究旨在通过建立猪持续热灌注(CHPP)和持续常温灌注(CNPP)模型,了解CHPP对循环系统的影响。材料与方法健康雌性杂种猪11只,随机分成CHPP组(6只)和CNPP组(5只)。全麻诱导插管后建立有创动脉压和放置肺动脉漂浮导管进行血液动力学监测。分别于胃大部切除术术中、热灌注或常温灌注后5、15、30和60分钟抽取动脉、静脉、混合静脉血气,并测定心率(HR)、心排血量(CO)、平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、体循环外周阻力(SVR)、峰压(Ppeak)、平台压(Pplat)、一秒率(V1.0%)、顺应性(C)等循环及呼吸指标。结果 (1)CHPP组热灌注前后比较心排血量增
Peritoneal continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion can interfere with the cardiovascular system and homeostasis in humans. This study aims to understand the effects of CHPP on the circulatory system by establishing a model of continuous hot perfusion (CHPP) and continuous normal temperature perfusion (CNPP). Materials and Methods 11 healthy female hybrid pigs were randomly divided into CHPP group (6) and CNPP group (5). After induction of general anesthesia, invasive arterial pressure was established and pulmonary artery catheters were placed for hemodynamic monitoring. Arterial, venous, and mixed venous blood gas were collected at 5, 15, 30, and 60 minutes after subtotal gastrectomy, warm perfusion, or room temperature perfusion, and heart rate (HR), cardiac output (CO), mean artery were measured.
