中共重庆市委三届三次全委会提出建设“宜居重庆”的重大决策,对加强城市规划建设管理提出了更高更新的要求。规划作为龙头,必须增强其科学性、权威性,以一流水平引领城市宜居发展。
The Third Plenary Session of the Third Central Committee of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee proposed major decisions on the construction of “livable Chongqing” and proposed higher and newer requirements for strengthening urban planning and construction management. Planning as a leader must enhance its scientific and authoritative, leading the city to livable development.
