张锡君同志为重庆市著名老中医,曾任重庆市第一、二中医院院长。现为第六届全国人民代表大会代表,重庆市第二中医院顾问。本文曾用日文在日本发表,对中日友好往来和医药交流起到了良好作用。现经作者修改,再由本刊登载,必将加深广大读者对中日两国医药交流历史概况的了解,并促进中日双方更多、更广泛的科技交流和友好往来。
Comrade Zhang Xijun is a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Chongqing. He was the dean of the first and second Chinese medicine hospitals in Chongqing. He is now the representative of the Sixth National People’s Congress and the advisor of the Second Hospital of Chongqing Municipality. This article was published in Japanese in Japanese and has played a good role in the friendly exchanges between China and Japan and in the exchange of medical information. Now that the author has revised and then published this article, it is sure to deepen the understanding of the general readers about the history of the medical exchanges between China and Japan and promote more and broader scientific and technological exchanges and friendly exchanges between China and Japan.
