业务人员作为一线的工作人员,业务成绩的好坏直接关系着公司的利益,这在中小企业的尤为显著。换言之,业务人员就相当于海上的渔夫,而信息就是风啊!只有敏锐的捕风者,才能闻到鱼的气息。因此,对业务人员进行有效的培训,全方位提高业务人员的综合素质,才能使企业在激烈的市场竞争中杀出重围。本文以福建游龙网络信息科技有限公司为例,分析该公司在业务人员培训中存在的问题,剖析产生这些问题的原因,进而提出相对的解决对策和建议。

Therefore, the effective training of business people, all-round improvement of the overall quality of business personnel in order to enable enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to get rid of. In this paper, Fujian Youlong Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. As an example, the company analyzed the problems in the training of business personnel, analysis of the causes of these problems, and then put forward the relative solutions and suggestions.
