本文应用薄层层析对大蒜素注射液进行定量分析,不需专门的仪器设备,操作简便,所介绍的具体操作方法也可供某些中成药进行薄层定量时参考。
In this paper, thin-layer chromatography was used to quantitatively analyze the allicin injection. No special equipment was needed. The operation was simple and the specific operation method described could also be used for thin-layer quantification of certain proprietary Chinese medicines.
