应用薄层扫描法测定了凤乳通颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量，加样回收率为95．6％，RSD为2.82％。该法可控制本制剂的质量。
The content of astragaloside IV in Fengkuitong granules was determined by TLC-scanning method. The recovery rate was 95.6% and the RSD was 2.82%. The method can control the quality of the preparation.
