应用傅立叶变换衰竭全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)分析技术,对三个不同厂家生产的双向拉伸聚丙烯/铝/聚乙烯药品包装用复合膜进行了快速鉴别。本研究所检测的样品双向拉伸聚丙烯/铝/聚乙烯药品包装用复合膜系指双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)通过黏合剂复合而成的膜。双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)由于拉伸分子定向,所以这种膜的物理稳定性、机械强度、气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,耐韧耐磨,是目前应用最广泛的印刷薄膜。本方法操作简单,无须特殊制样,效率高。
The ATR-FTIR analysis technique was used to quickly identify the composite films of biaxially oriented polypropylene / aluminum / polyethylene pharmaceutical packaging produced by three different manufacturers.
