真菌药用“固体发酵”是中药传统范畴内仅有的,也是历史上诞生最早的一类生物制药技术,并已发展走向“固体发酵系列工程”。固体发酵的上游工程建设,特别是发酵组合的优选、发酵工艺的制定等,对决定所产“菌质”的性效有重要影响。据研发槐耳、槐芪、灵雷3种“菌质”的经验、体会,提出几项基本研究方法,供业内各方参用、改进,以使达规范化。
