维生素B_2及其制剂的含量测定有微生物法、萤光法、极谱法和比色法等。中国药典(1963年版)用定氮法,操作费时,专一性差。有人利用VB_2与银盐的显色反应设计一个分光法,据称较准确。中国药典(1977年版)和英国药典(1973年版)用分光法,操作简便,结果亦较准确。但曾有报道认为国产72型分光光度计不适用于VB_2注射液的测定。我们将72型的光源和波长部分作了校正,根据中国药典(1977年版)的测定方法稍加修改,通过实验证明,可以用72型测定VB_2及其制剂的含量。

Some people use VB_2 and silver salt color reaction design a spectrometry, allegedly more accurate. Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977 version) and the British Pharmacopoeia (1973 version) by spectrophotometry, easy to operate, the results are more accurate. However, it has been reported that domestic 72 spectrophotometer is not suitable for the determination of VB_2 injection. We have 72 type of light source and wavelength were corrected, according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977 Edition) Determination of a slight modification, through experiments show that 72 can be used to determine the content of VB_2 and its formulations.
