阐述了润滑油添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸亚铜(CuDDP)的合成工艺、作用机理,并通过CuDDP与ZnDDP的复配研究,制得了一种新型润滑油高效添加剂,对其主要指标进行了测试,润滑油性能评定结果表明该复合添加剂是一种新型高效润滑油添加剂。
The synthesis process and mechanism of CuDDP, a lubricant additive, are described. And a new type of lubricating oil high-efficiency additive has been prepared through the compounding study of CuDDP and ZnDDP. The main indexes of CuDDP Tests and lubricant performance evaluation results show that the composite additive is a new type of highly efficient lubricant additive.
