患儿,女性,5岁。左大腿上段外侧皮下长小结40多天。40多天前其母给患儿洗澡无意发现左大腿上段皮下可扪及-2.5cm×2.5cm之包块,略高出皮肤,表面微红。包块逐渐长大至4.5cm×4.5cm,用抗炎、皮质激素治疗后,包块缩小至3cm×3cm。后去华西医大住院部外科会诊为炎性包块,停用激素,包块又迅速长大(7cm×8cm×8cm),表面皮肤呈桔皮样,中央明显凹陷,有轻微压痛,体温38.5℃左右,肝脾胰不肿大,血象基本正常。手术见:
