近年,从大鼠的卵巢、睾丸以及猴曲细精管的提取物中分离出现了一种具有生物活性的黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)类物质。同时,在性腺组织中也检出了具有特异性的高亲和性 LHRH 受体。本文旨在用放射免疫分析法检测人精浆中是否存在某种 LHRH 类物质并研究其存在与人精子质量指标的关系。从不育患者得到130份精液样品,以研究不育与精浆中 LHRH 浓度的关系。为避免昼夜变动的影响,所有精液样品均于上午10~11时收集,液化后立即做精子计数及活动力测定。将精液样品经离心获得精浆,然后用酸/乙醇提取精浆,以避免酶降解。将提取的样品于50℃用氮气吹干,然后再溶于500μl 0.01M 的磷酸缓冲液,用放射免疫分析法测定 LHRH。

To avoid the effects of diurnal changes, all semen samples were collected at 10-11 am and immediately after liquefaction, sperm counts and motility were measured. The semen sample is centrifuged to obtain a seminal plasma, which is then extracted with acid / ethanol to avoid enzymatic degradation. The extracted sample was blown dry with nitrogen at 50 ° C and then redissolved in 500 μl of 0.01 M phosphate buffer to measure LHRH by radioimmunoassay.
