我厂广大职工,经过无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动的战斗洗礼,意气风发、斗志昂扬,为了加速发展我国的大型锻压设备,破除迷信,解放思想,大胆创新,自行设计了千吨液压螺旋压力机(见图1)。在兄弟单位的大力支援下,于一九七四年九月试制成功。经初步试验表明,性能良好,符合设计要求。这是毛主席革命路线的伟大胜利,是无产阶级文化大革命的丰硕成果。
